CallMiVa started the way most real businesses do — not with a pitch deck, but with a problem we lived ourselves. I spent nine years managing a commercial property in the Philippines, handling tenants, vendors, budgets, and daily operations. Before that, I worked real estate — rental apartments, build-and-rent, refurbish-to-rent. I know exactly what it costs when something falls through the cracks.

When I moved into operations management for a US-based remote company, leading a team of 15 to 18 people and hiring 40 in two years, I built GoHighLevel and ClickUp systems from scratch to keep everything running. That's when the idea took shape. US real estate agents had the same problem I had spent years solving — too much to manage, not enough people who actually understood the workflow.

So Michelle and I co-founded CallMiVa alongside a close friend and fellow operator who shares the same belief: that the right VA — trained, dedicated, and managed properly — changes how an agent runs their business. We are not a staffing marketplace. We are operators who run your back office so you can close deals.
